The Fisher Island Community Association sold the 5.6-acre site at 120 MacArthur Causeway to Miami Beach Port LLC. The buyer is managed by Harvey Hernandez, who has an office at 1200 Brickell Ave. Immediately after the purchase, the new owner leased the site to Jordan Shipping, which is managed by Platon Alexandrakis."
