Lure Fishbar to Open at Loews Miami Beach Hotel - Miami - Restaurants and Dining - Short Order: "Miami Beach is getting a new place for serious seafood when Lure Fishbar docks at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. The restaurant is set to open in the former Emeril's space in the fall of 2013. This is the second Lure Fishbar to open. The New York City flagship garners consistent high marks for its creative seafood dishes in a yacht-like setting. . . expect to see an ocean's worth of fresh seafood with most entrees mid-priced, as well as raw shellfish and sushi. Confirmed carnivores might want to note that Lure's burger won the People's Choice award at the New York Wine & Food festival's 2009 Burger Bash. The restaurant is a partnership between Lure's Josh Pickard, John McDonald and executive chef Josh Capon and hotelier Jonathan Tisch, chairman and CEO of Loews Hotels. Chef Capon will act as executive chef of the Miami Lure when it opens. . . "
